RMC is the only company which has designed its services specifically to support the recruitment and development of APS staff. Its practitioners have all worked previously at senior manager level or higher and the majority of RMC Consultants have worked at the Executive and SES Level within the Australian Public Service.

Consultant hours are flexible and responsive to demand and can work both from within client premises and from home‐based work offices.
All Consultants must provide appropriately established home work premises that comply with OH&S standards and include computer equipment, internet connection, telephone and facsimile communications.
RMC sources work, assignments and provides ongoing training, development and administrative support to its Consultants.
We would like to hear from you if you can provide strong evidence of the following competencies –
- HR management/policy experience at an executive level position
- Significant knowledge of contemporary recruitment processes in the public sector
- Strong communication/liaison and negotiation skills
- Experience in producing well‐written, concise reports
- Well developed analytical skills
- Capacity to interpret and articulate more complex concepts
- Mature interpersonal skills
- A methodical approach
- Are computer literate (Microsoft)
- Possess strong ethics
- High personal standards to consistently reflect a professional image
- Are self reliant, independent and able to work productively within teams as required
- Flexible attitude with an outcome focus
