RMC has a national network of senior consultants. Our team are mature, highly experienced and thoroughly versed in public sector recruitment procedures. Recruitment streamlining –a management package

Our APS-experienced consultants will create a database of applicants and short-list against your criteria. We’ll convene your Selection Advisory Committee (SAC), arrange interview facilities, schedule applicants for interviews and/or testing and follow up on referees. We also develop/recommend interview questions and our consultant may also act as an independent panel member as required.
 
Included in your RMC recruitment management package is all the administrative support you need - we copy applications, write and mail letters, liaise with the SAC and provide Scribing and reporting.
